Hotel Gellert

The Hotel Gellert (or Danubius Hotel Gellert to give it its full name) is undoubtedly one of Budapest's finest choices of accommodation. Sitting at the foot of the historic Gellert Hill the building's imposing frontage with its mix of classical and Hungarian architecture makes an excellent first impression, whilst on the inside modern rooms offer all the comforts you'd expect from a four star hotel. Arguably the hotel's top draw however are the sensational Gellert Baths next door, where guests can relax and swim in vitamin-rich waters surrounded by splendid statues and mosaics.

Hotel Gellert is simply fantastic. So much European charm... you just can't find that kind of hotel in New Zealand!
