Budapest Ferihegy International Airport is located 16km south-east of Budapest and is the only international airport serving the city. Carrying over eight million passengers a year Ferihegy is the largest airport in Hungary and from here you can fly to and from almost any major city in Europe, as well as many destinations in Asia, America and the Middle East. To get from the airport into Budapest you can grab a number 200 bus, run by BKV, which will take you to Kőb·nya-Kispest metro station from where you can continue your journey. From Terminal 1 you can also get a train to Nyugati Station. |
