Budapest Bike Tours

Budapest is a big city, and trying to cover it all by foot is no mean feat. The alternative, to hop around by metro, whilst efficient enough can be a bit soul-destroying. Why not see much more of the city, but at street level, by taking a bike tour. Budapest Bike Tours was set up in 2005 by a group of young Hungarians keen to show the best of their beloved Budapest to their customers. They offer a number of different tours on top of their regular one, including Lifestyle, Sunset and Bridge Tour, and if you'd rather go it alone you can simply rent a bike off them.

Well I sure as hell enjoyed it!

The bikes are definitely nothing fancy, but the tour itself was fun and informative, I recommend it

First off, I'm not the Dave guy below. The bikes are a bit older now and not designed for mountain biking or racing, but the tour is what it's about and it's great. Getting a beer at the end is a great reward.

Bit unfriendly service and the bikes seemed a bit older than the web site said about "liek new". Standard place noting special about it. Hard to find location.
