13th Danube Carnival

The Danube Carnival has all sorts of musical performances taking place. The audience will be presented with brass and world music, contemporary dances, as well as folk dances and music. Artists and performers come from various countries. The main aim of the Carnival is to stage the national and regional trends and achievements of different European countries with dignity and at a high level. This should lead to some intercultural dialogues and a great exchange of traditions.

Budapest Fair

The Budapest Fair is an exciting festival with dances, concerts and fun involved. On the 24th June there will be folk dance performances taking place from 10AM till 9PM at the Buda Brigdehead Podium. Dances will be accompanied by orchestra's one of which will be the famous Hungarian Bagpipe Orchestra. At the same time on the Pest Bridgehead Podium the audience will be given the opportunity to see the Summer Dance Cocktail which involves belly dances, capoeira and samba shows, as well as ballroom dances and many others. Apart form dances and concerts going on, there will be fun for the youngest ones as well. The Fair will have a wooden playhouse, a clown playground with Camilla and even a puppet circus.
